My wife and I thought we would look at options for new flooring on the upstairs of our house; we liked the possibility of going with full LVT. After visiting several suppliers who did not really answer our queries, we came across Berwicks. As soon as we entered the store, we were greeted by Rachel, who was friendly and very knowledgeable, answered all our queries and gave great advice and some ideas to consider. This was followed up by a visit from Jed to measure up, and he had more ideas and advice. Once we decided on what we wanted, I was then dreading the days of fitting because 3 bedrooms, landing and stairs meant there was nowhere to store a king-size bed, a double bed plus sofa bed, desk, etc etc. Then the team of Jamie, Ryan, Ollie, Jay and Tony turned up. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys; they took away all my worries and moved furniture around, worked hard and above all, were very pleasant and left our upstairs looking fantastic. My wife and I can not stress enough what a great and professional business Berwicks are. Every member of staff was pleasant and helpful and gave us ideas we were not aware of.

Really great team of floor installers, quality product.
The team were more than happy to move heavy furniture around as my house was quite small and I couldn’t move all the furniture out.
They also helped me after their work was done by bringing other pieces of furniture back in and also my TV.
The flooring ran through from the kitchen to lounge and small hallway.
Can highly recommend this firm and their employees

The entire Berwicks team have been brilliant from our first enquiry to completion of the new floor. Everything was done as planned and with a smile, nothing too much or too hard to get the perfect finish.

We are a local primary school and couldn't be happier with the service and product. Berwicks were incredibly flexible around the installation and very polite and professional at installation. Plus, the floor looks absolutely fantastic, we are very happy!

Berwicks are the best. A beautiful, well-laid-out shop with all the samples you could ever need to make a choice. Rachel was a great help and arranged a visit to our house in a short space of time for the measuring up etc. The stair carpet was laid by two experts who were very amenable and even though it has stripes they made it look perfect. Not easy. Happy to recommend Berwicks.

Excellent personal service from start to finish.
We had lounge carpet and an LVT floor in the dining room, all done beautifully in 1 day by a very professional, helpful and friendly team of 4.
I can’t recommend Berwicks highly enough, and pass my thanks to all involved .

We’ve had a really positive experience with this family run flooring business, Berwicks and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

From the very beginning, the support and advice we received was excellent. The staff were friendly, patient and knowledgeable, particularly when it came to helping us choose the right Karndean flooring. There was a great range of options to look at in the showroom, and we never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. The pricing was also very competitive.

The fitting team were equally impressive — polite, tidy and professional throughout. They did a fantastic job taking up and replacing the Karndean flooring, as well as fitting new carpets throughout the house. Everything was left clean and tidy, and we’re really pleased with the finished result.

It’s lovely to deal with a genuine family business that takes pride in providing good service. We’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring.

Excellent company. The men arrived promptly, were polite and very willing to move the heavier furniture which I was unable to do so beforehand. Olli and his partner( sorry, his name escapes me) were hard workers and good at tidying up. Prior to having the floor done, I was given advice by Jed as to which product to choose as I was not able to get into the shop. All in all, a wonderful service.
