We’ve had a really positive experience with this family run flooring business, Berwicks and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. From the very beginning, the support and advice we received was excellent. The staff were friendly, patient and knowledgeable, particularly when it came to helping us choose the right Karndean flooring. There was a great range of options to look at in the showroom, and we never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. The pricing was also very competitive. The fitting team were equally impressive — polite, tidy and professional throughout. They did a fantastic job taking up and replacing the Karndean flooring, as well as fitting new carpets throughout the house. Everything was left clean and tidy, and we’re really pleased with the finished result. It’s lovely to deal with a genuine family business that takes pride in providing good service. Excellent company. The men arrived promptly, were polite and very willing to move the heavier furniture which I was unable to do so beforehand. Olli and his partner( sorry, his name escapes me) were hard workers and good at tidying up. We have used Berwicks for carpeting and flooring. The Team have been professional, efficient, polite, diligent, tidy, time efficient and always extremely respectful and friendly. Cost wise, the team listened to what the purpose and what we wanted to achieve and recommend the product. It wasn't the most costly product (which they could have done) but it certainly was the right product. We can't state how highly we would recommend using this company. I've dealt with Berwicks a few times over the years - as did my parents before me. I find them helpful, professional and efficient and on this occasion were so helpful by liaising directly with our bathroom fitter to ensure everything was done in the right order and answering the queries he had regarding the floor. Having used Berwicks in Horsham before to have Karndean floor laid - I have this week returned to Berwicks for my next Karndean flooring installation. I 100% recommend the team - from showroom - home visit for quote - discussions and advice to determine best choice for my needs, right through to fitting  all a perfect service.  Not pushy - just there to support and guide.  The fitters arrived on time - worked hard - were polite and did a great job. I am more than delighted with the replacement flooring laid in my Family Room. Brian & Ollie worked tirelessly in the awful heat. They remained focused throughout in what could only have been unbearable working temperatures. Such hardworking chaps are few and far between these days but these two deserve all the praise given.
